Jennifer Keen is Vice President of Exchange Operations for FNF 1031 Exchange Services, Inc., and is located in the company’s national corporate headquarters in San Diego, California.
Ms. Keen has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry with her main emphasis on 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges. She has been involved with multiple types of transactions including simultaneous, delayed, reverse, build-to-suit and construction exchanges. Her expertise is in structuring the technical aspects of a 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchange. She has been selected as a keynote speaker to educate investors, real estate agents/brokers, escrow officers, certified public accountants and attorneys on the nuances and complexities of exchange transactions.
Prior to joining FNF 1031 Exchange Services, Inc., Ms. Keen co-founded an exchange division for one of the largest independent title companies in California. This division was successfully grown until it was eventually acquired through a significant national title company merger.
Ms. Keen is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree. She is an affiliate member of organizations such as NAIOP, CREW, FEA and CCIM. She has two children and enjoys all types of outdoor activities including golf and swimming.

Lara Vanian is the Vice President of Business Development for FNF 1031 Exchange. She has over seven years of experience in the real estate industry, primarily focusing on 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges. She has conducted numerous educational seminars for Investors as well as CPA's, Financial Planners and Real Estate Professionals on the complexities of 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges.
Ms. Vanian is a graduate of San Francisco State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997 (cum laude) and a graduate of Southwestern University School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate in the year 2000. Ms. Vanian is a member of the California Bar Association and is involved with numerous real estate industry associations. She is fluent in Spanish, Armenian and English.

Grant A. Perry is Vice President/Sales Manager for FNF 1031 Exchange. His territory is both Nevada and Arizona.
Before being appointed to his current position in 2008, Grant served as Senior Vice President and County Manager for Ticor Title in Pima County, Arizona, from 2002 – 2007. His focus was in the development and cultivation of all aspects of title, escrow, sales and marketing for Ticor Title which included the integration of 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchanges.
Previously, Grant helped pioneer Fidelity National Title’s opening of their Las Vegas operation in 1991. He served as Vice President and County Manager again focusing on all aspects of business development and market penetration.
Grant began his career with Fidelity National Title in 1985 as a Sales Representative. He worked for both Fidelity National Title and Ticor Title in Sales Management until 1991.
Grant is involved with numerous professional organizations including CCIM (various AZ and NV chapters), Nevada Development Authority, GTEC, ICSC, NAIOP, and the Boys and Girls Club in Tucson, AZ.
Grant currently resides in Las Vegas with his wife Alex.

Janese Patterson is an Exchange Officer for FNF 1031 Exchange Services, Inc., and is located in the company’s national corporate headquarters. Janese is a Certified Exchange Specialist and has over 15 years of professional exchange experience.
Prior to joining FNF 1031 Exchange Services, Inc., Janese co-owned her own exchange company in Boulder, Colorado. She holds a Bachelor of Art Degree in Journalism and is affiliated with the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA) and the Sierra Club. Her passions are hiking and mountain biking in the Colorado Rockies and spending time with her son and her two dogs.

April Chiaramonte is an Exchange Coordinator for FNF 1031 Exchange Services, Inc. She has been in the real estate industry for over eight years and has acted as an Escrow Officer specializing in the area of tract sales and other developer services. Her experience includes both commercial and residential real estate transactions, as well as, title insurance services. April is a member of the California Escrow Association and the National Notary Association.
April is a native of San Diego and enjoys traveling, running, baseball, and old movie classics. She also loves shopping and spending time with her daughter.

Rachael England is an Exchange Coordinator for FNF 1031 Exchange Services, Inc. Prior to the exchange industry, Rachael worked for several years in various aspects of the real estate industry including commercial, residential, builders services, refinance, and title insurance.
She has a B.S. from Eastern Michigan University in individualized studies with a concentration in psychology, written communication, and art. She is currently pursuing an associate’s degree in journalism. Rachael enjoys climbing big rocks in Joshua Tree, hiking, and studying the art and science of cheese making.
